Physical
The body you actually live in. Health, movement, energy, sleep... the foundation everything else is built on.
For the long work of being human
Most self-help tells you to push harder. Most spiritual paths tell you to let go. Both are half right... and half a thing doesn't hold. This is the bridge - agency and acceptance, together - for people who want to change their lives without walking away from them.
No one is coming to save you. It isn't your fault that you're here; it is your responsibility to change it. And the only person you can ever change is yourself.
What this is
You don't have to move to a monastery to do the real work. You have a job, people who depend on you, a body, bills, a past you didn't choose. The work happens here... in the middle of an ordinary life, not away from it.
Build Your Own Human is a way to look honestly at where you are, get clear on where you want to be, and close the gap with tools that hold up when life leans on them. It draws on meditation, psychology, physiology, and a lot of practice. It never asks you to abandon the life you're trying to change.
Five pillars
The body you actually live in. Health, movement, energy, sleep... the foundation everything else is built on.
How you think, focus, learn, and meet stress. Work ethic, real skill, a clear mind.
Feeling fully, and letting feelings move through instead of running you. Relationships, honest communication, old wounds, real connection.
Enough freedom to choose. Money as a tool for the life you want, not a master you serve.
Meaning, purpose, and the deep acceptance underneath all the striving. The ground you stand on.
The method
A hard truth lands and blows up the old story... the moment you can't keep pretending things will sort themselves out if you wait long enough.
Through stillness, and looking honestly again and again, you start to see what's actually here. Underneath the noise. Underneath the wanting.
The shift isn't one event. It deepens by being practiced, again and again, on the dull ordinary days... until it quietly becomes who you are.
When you stop waiting to be rescued, the whole of your life becomes available to you.
